Cooling Down Your Body Temperature

Wrap a piece of ice in a face cloth and place it

on your wrists and other pulse points. Continue

after the coolness wears off. Constantly

cooling off the wrists will also cool off the

body.

What about rubbing your feet with an alcohol

wipe? This will cool off your whole body.

 

Need an Ice Pack?

Freeze several different sizes of water bottles

to keep food chilled in the cooler. Once the

water melts in the bottle, you can drink it!
